Lol... Okies ... so first post. I've found myself single again recently ~~ after 10 years of being a couple, so I'm having to learn how to cook for myself again. With this learning has come the realization that A: food is not sold in quantities for the single person and B: it's hard to keep an adequate and healthy food supply on hand. Sure I can stock my freezer and cubboard with TV dinners and such but they aren't healthy and fresh stuff tends to spoil quickly. So with the new year approaching my goal is to learn how to cook for myself and maintain a healthy diet to lose some weight.
After the holiday I am now a proud owner of a crockpot cookbook and I already had the crockpot lol, so here goes.
I'll post my recipies and any variations I create along the way. I'll post about my attempts to get back into the dating world. And we'll hopefully have fun along the way.
